Returns & Refunds Policy
Arctic Slush do not
offer any refunds. Below is our returns policy for goods which are incorrect,
faulty or damaged.
What is the warranty information on your slush
machines?
Arctic Slush provides a 12 month warranty against defects in materials
and workmanship for new branded slush machines. You will need to return the
machine to us and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as
possible. If the slush machine is faulty, we’ll offer you a resolution in
accordance with your legal rights.
Arctic Slush provides a 1 month warranty against defects in materials
and workmanship for refurbished branded slush machines. You will need to return
the machine to us and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as
possible. If the slush machine is faulty, we’ll offer you a resolution in
accordance with your legal rights.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order please contact us as soon as possible on
0845 250 0757. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, if your
order has progressed too far to be changed you will need to lodge a return once
you receive it - you can read more about that below.
What do I do if I received a faulty, incorrect or
damaged item?
Arctic Slush offers returns for faulty, incorrect, or damaged items
within 30 days of receipt of shipment. If the item you purchased isn’t
returnable per our Returns Policy, you will be notified by a Customer Service
Associate.
You are entitled to a replacement for any Arctic Slush item that arrives
faulty, damaged or leaking, or wrongly delivered. Any
goods that are being returned MUST have been signed for as damaged when
delivered.
Before you request a replacement make sure that your item is eligible.
Arctic Slush does not accept returns of the following items:

Any item without an approved return merchandise
number (RMA) by a Customer Service Associate.

Any item opened or used.
·
Any item not in its unused, original packaging.
·
Any item where clear payment has not been received.
When seeking a return on a product, please contact us via our
website.
Once you have contacted us we will investigate your issues and advise
you whether your product may be returned and if
approved we will provide you with a Return Authorisation and instructions on
how to proceed.
Once an item is returned we will inspect your goods and investigate any
claimed defect or error, and where applicable process a replacement.
If we do not believe a replacement is applicable upon inspecting your
goods your claim will be rejected, and you may be liable for the cost of
return.
Faulty or
damaged machine?
If you are returning a machine due to a fault or damage and after
investigation we agree with your claim we will offer to repair or replace your
machine.
If you wish we can offer you the option to upgrade the machine for the
difference in cost.
